Can I order without a membership?
You can order as a guest. However, you need to sign up to track the processes related to your order more easily, place your orders faster next time, and get exclusive offers. Membership, which will allow you to enjoy these advantages, will only take a few minutes.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the order after it has been placed. Optionally, you can cancel your order and create a new order, or you can initiate a return for exchange after your order is delivered.
Do you deliver internationally?

When will the products be delivered to me?
As for lead time, your order is delivered to the courier company within 1-3 working days (excluding campaigns and special days). Since the courier company does not work on special days and religious festival days, orders will be processed on the first business day based on their order number and delivery will be possible within 3-10 business days.

You can only return the product you have purchased via de.kigili.com, assuming you comply with the return and exchange conditions. You can return the product by submitting its invoice within 30 days from the invoice date. Products that are returned within 30 days of their delivery date will be accepted for returns without applying a return compliance policy. For products that are considered to be returned after 30 days of their delivery date, Kiğılı holds the right to apply its return compliance policy. For a return transaction, you must return all the products affiliated to the order together with its invoice. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return process.

Is there a time limit for returns?
