Delivery
Orders placed from the official KIGILI website are shipped out within an average of 1-3 business days (excluding promotions and special occasions). You will be notified by email after your order has been shipped. Orders will be processed on the first business day during holidays and special occasions when the shipping company is not working.
Returns

According to both the Consumer Protection Law and related legislation and KIGILI GmbH Customer Satisfaction System, you can return your purchases for any reason within 30 days from the time of arrival without showing any justification. The cancellation process will be initiated as soon as the necessary actions are taken after receiving your email.
