Our products are checked before they are sent to our customers however, if we are notified with visuals that the product is defective via de.kigili.com/en/support , we will ask you to send the product to us by sending a return shipping number to you. As soon as the cargo delivery is reflected in our system, the same product will be sent to you without defects.

Underwear products can not be replaced/returned due to hygiene rules even if they have not been used.
In case of any problem with the product you have purchased, or if you want to change it without giving a reason, you are allowed to return or exchange it, provided that you comply with the return conditions. Customers must pay return shipping costs of products sent via courier companies.
Kigili.com checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. Return requests that are approved will be forwarded to the bank within 3 working days. Your credit card will be refunded within 14 business days depending on the schedule of the bank. This will be entirely up to your bank. kigili.com does not have the right to interfere with your bank. In installment sales, refunds will be made in installments.
By exercising your right of withdrawal, you can return the products you have purchased unconditionally within 60 days. As per the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee you paid for creating your order will be refunded to you.
You can only return the product you have purchased via kigili.com, provided that you comply with the return and exchange conditions. You can return the product by submitting its invoice within 60 days from the invoice date. For return transaction, you must send your order together with its invoice.
Replacement of the purchased products is not possible however, you can initiate a return proccess and reorder the same product.
