Orders placed from the official KIGILI website are shipped out within an average of 1-3 business days (excluding promotions and special occasions). You will be notified by email after your order has been shipped. Orders will be processed on the first business day during holidays and special occasions when the shipping company is not working.

Returns

Our goal is to satisfy you in the best way possible. That's why we are here for you not only before but also after sales. According to both the Consumer Protection Law and related legislation and KIGILI GmbH Customer Satisfaction System, you can return your purchases for any reason within 30 days from the time of arrival without showing any justification. To return your order, simply send an email to info@kigili.de with your order number and return request. The cancellation process will be initiated as soon as the necessary actions are taken after receiving your email.
